Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in O Fallon, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
The proposed work includes: Roadway reconstruction, new roundabout, sidewalks, storm sewers and inlets, retaining walls, lighting, signing and striping, and other miscellaneous work as required to complete the project All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for highway Construction, 2024 Edition including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. A certified or cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The City of O Fallon reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The DBE goal for this project is 8%. No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project.
