Site work and paving for a road / highway in O Fallon, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The proposed work includes: Adding improvements in the form of dual left turn lanes, to both the EB & WB approaches to the Route K/Route N intersection and other miscellaneous work as required to complete the project in the City of O Fallon. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for highway Construction, 2024 Edition including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. Communications between the bidders and the City shall be conducted and documented in writing through the use of email communication to tjkelley@ofallonmo.gov. No oral interpretation will be recognized The City of O Fallon reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The DBE goal for this project is 8%. No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project. A certified or cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal.
