Site work, paving and new construction of a medical facility in O Fallon, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,778-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.
PSI understands the proposed construction will include an ambulance dispatching facility with 6 bays, having an approximate footprint area of 5,500 to 7,700 square feet. The eastern portion of the structure will have a 12-footdeep basement level measuring approx. 1,600 square feet with the remainder of the building being single story above grade. There will be a stormwater management detention basin on the south side of the site. PSI understands that the above grade portion of the proposed dispatching facility will be constructed of wood framing trusses, with a masonry veneer. The basement will be constructed of cast-in-place concrete. The construction will also feature new ancillary parking and driving areas. Question Deadline 02/20/2025 Clarifications requested by bidders must be received by Archimages, Inc. in writing not less than 5 business days prior to the receipt of bids. There will be one (1) General Construction bid package associated with this bid. The scope for this project includes construction of a new 7,600 SF ambulance base station with living quarters, apparatus bays and a basement as well as the site development for the building. *As of February 26, 2025, addendum 4 has been issued.
