Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in O Fallon, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a 14,000-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Project Number: 241867.00 Project is a 1 story new construction PEMB building with masonry stone band. A new plaza will be constructed between an existing building to the north of the new building project. Interior contains a market, kitchen, classrooms, offices and support spaces. St. Charles Community College (SCC) invites sealed bids for the Dardenne Creek Campus, Field to Table Institute project. SCC is seeking qualified General Contractors for the construction of a ~14,000 sf single-story Pre-Engineered Metal Building structure, that will include stone exterior accenting. A new plaza will be developed between the new building and the existing culinary structure to the north. The interior of the building will include a market / cafe, kitchen, classrooms, offices, and various support spaces.
