43 South Lansdowne Avenue Building & Site Demolition Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the 43 South Lansdowne Avenue aEUR" Building & Site Demolition. The scope of work includes the demolition of the structure at 43 S Lansdowne Ave including providing qualified fill material for the basement area, and removal of the building materials, and all associated improvements and facilities abandoned in place by the former use. The demolition also includes the removal of the parking lot facilities, so the site is returned to a greenfield. Trees on the site are to remain preserved and are not part of this demolition solicitation. There is no physical public bid opening for this project, bids will be revealed via portal A uniform fee of 0.333% (1/ 3 of one (1) percent) of the bid amount (up to $5,000) is applied only to bidders who are awarded contracts. No fees apply to bidders who submit without being awarded the contract. All interested parties must submit questions via the web-based system, by the posted deadline for questions.Bidders are not permitted to contact the Borough Engineer or staff directly Bid bonds will be returned to the non-awarded bidders upon the execution of the contract.
