Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in East Lansdowne, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The principal items of work to be performed under this project include: 820 LF of six (6) foot wide asphalt pedestrian path, installation of variable height retaining wall, monumental stairs & concrete plaza, proposed site lighting, and landscaping. Bids will be received via the PennBid web-based solicitation service. The bid award date shall be announced at the following Council meeting. There will be no physical bid opening. The Bidders attention is called to the fact that the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies to this Contract and that the successful Bidder shall pay no less than the Wage Rates determined for the project.
