LANSDOWNE Borough is soliciting bids for replacement of approximately 910 LF of sanitary sewer main, approximately forty 4-inch laterals, six proposed manhole and associated facilities. Bids must be made on the forms furnished by the Owner and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten (10%) of the total price bid made payable to the Owner. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Work included: Provide bituminous paving where shown on the drawings, as specified herein, and as needed for a complete and proper installation. B.
