Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Lansdowne, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed proposals for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the Lansdowne West End Street Restoration Project. The scope of work includes the restoration of utility trenches in neighborhoods with both asphalt and concrete based streets. This work is performed as a follow up to utility disturbance in the area. A full lane replacement of Eldon Avenue is planned. The awarded bidder must satisfy all fees required by the Electronically. No fees apply to bidders who submit without being awarded the contract. All interested parties must submit questions via Electronically, by the posted deadline for questions. Bidders are not permitted to contact the Borough Engineer or staff directly. Bidders are required to submit a surety in the form of a bond or equivalent meeting 10% of the overall bid price in compliance with the contract documents. Bid bonds will be returned to the non-awarded bidders upon the execution of the contract. Current Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates apply to this project. There is a question and answer period for this project prior to the bid opening. Questions must be submitted, in writing, web based system, responses will be posted as soon as answers are available. Bidders are not permitted to contact the Borough staff, Engineering team or Project Managers directly.
