Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Black Brook, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The Owner is Clinton County and the work site is located in the Town of Black Brook, Clinton County New York. The projects limits extend from: 250 west to 225 east of the existing bridge. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the Plans and described in these Specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: The project includes removing and replacing the existing superstructure with a steel girder and composite concrete deck. Abutments will be modified to meet the new superstructure and minor concrete repairs will be made to the abutments and wingwalls. There is approximately 450 feet of full depth roadway reconstruction. New bridge rail and approach rail will be installed within the project limits. This is a Federal Aid Project and NYSDOT Standard Specifications, officially finalized and adopted on January 1, 2023 as posted on the New York State Department of Transportation's website must be followed by the successful Bidder. The DBE goal for this project is 4%. There are no M/WBE goals for this project. The EEO Employment goals for this project are: 2.6% Minority Employment Goal 6.9% Women Employment Goal
