Site work for a civil project in Key West Nas, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of April 19, 2022, bids for this project have been rejected. At this time, it has not been confirmed if the project will rebid. The project contemplated consists of providing all site work, materials, equipment and labor necessary to accomplish the following: A. Replacement of two 7,500-gallon ferric sulfate tanks, including replacement of associated plumbing, monitoring systems, and anchoring. B. Replacement of four aluminum and stainless-steel gangways, including support structure, floor grating, and guard rails. New support structure relocated above water line. Repair to surrounding concrete walls as needed. Bid Bond 5% C. Gangway replacement - Includes all site work, materials, equipment, labor, as-built drawings, and incidental work to remove existing gangways at the anoxic zone of the Richard A. Heyman Environmental Protection Facility, repair concrete as noted in construction drawings, install new gangways with railings, including new structural supports and hardware. All hardware will be like material, as shown in drawings, unless otherwise noted.
