The City of Gainesville's Regional Transit System (RTS) is considering outsourcing grounds maintenance for its' facilities to a qualified lawn maintenance contractor. The purpose of this request is only to determine the anticipated annual cost associated with outsourcing the service. Note: All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Gainesville Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Procurement Representative. Notice: the Uploaded Tabulation Sheet May Include the Names of Bidders Whose Submittals Are Not Complete. Further, Until City Staff Have Sufficient Time to Review All Submittals for Compliance, Some Submittals May Later Be Found to Be Non-responsive. The City Only Posts the Notice of Award Electronically The City Reserves the Following Rights: to Waive Clarifications and Exceptions in Awarding the Bid/proposal in the Best Interest of the City; to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids/proposals; to Waive Any or All Irregularities; and to Award the Contract to the Most Responsible and Responsive Bidder/offeror Whose Bid/proposal Is Determined by the City to Be in Its Best Interest.
