The Division of Emergency Services has a need to replace an existing 20 KW LP gas standby generator located at 264 Tower Road (Oak Hill), Loudon NH. Existing generator is located in unmanned, unheated block wall buildings at elevations above 1,000 feet. Backup power serves critical statewide communication and computer based networking equipment when line power is disrupted. This unheated block wall building is located at ground level. The generator is required to have all of the following: - 1 20 KW rated stand by generator - LP vapor fueled operation - Liquid cooled natural aspirated engine - 4 cycle, 1800 rpm, 60 hertz engine - Rubber pad type vibration isolators - Vibration isolated unit mounted automatic digital control panel per NFPA 110 compliance - Permanent magnet generator - Jacket water heater, mounted - Lead acid battery set, unit mounted - Auto float/ equalize, unit mounted UL listed battery charger, minimum output is 5 amps - Generator to be delivered with initial fill of lubricating oil and antifreeze with engine antifreeze rated for -50F - Two (2) operation and parts/ maintenance manual - 120/ 240 single phase operation - Unit mounted main circuit breaker - Full output brushless battery charging alternator - Operate at an altitude between 1,000 feet and 2,000 feet - Bidder will supply, coordinate delivery, uncrate and set unit in place in existing generator enclosure after removal of existing generator.
