Polymer must be a synthetic, high molecular weight cationic polyelectrolyte supplied in a micro-bead form, which renders it essentially non-dusting and free flowing. It must be completely soluble in water and should dissolve rapidly. The supplied polymer must also have a high, cationic charge and density. Supply and deliver BASF ZETAG 7557 Flocculant polymer to the Merrimack Wastewater Treatment Facility, in accordance with the enclosed specifications and following conditions. Prices shall reflect the actual cost of delivery (including fuel), to the Wastewater Treatment Facility, Merrimack, New Hampshire. No fuel surcharge is allowed. All Bids Are to Be Firm Until June 30, 2023. Bidders should direct questions concerning the above to Leo Gaudette or Sarita Croce at 603-883-8196. The bid shall be submitted on the Bid Form furnished herewith and shall exclude state and federal taxes not applicable to municipalities. The bid price shall include delivery and be quoted F.O.B. Town of Merrimack, Wastewater Treatment Facility, 36 Mast Rd, Merrimack, NH. For additional information call Kelly Valluzzi, Purchasing Agent, at (603) 424-7075. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids, and to accept the bid which best serves the interest of the Town.
