Saving Project...

Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Dandridge, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

The Town of Dandridge is seeking the services of a qualified/certified flooring company to repair the concrete flooring areas in the Field of Dreams Activity Center. The overall purpose of the project is to remove existing paint and repair the cracking, chipping, and joints in the existing concrete flooring, then applying a sealer to match existing flooring in the main lobby and hallways. Work must be done during agreed upon dates/times to fit the activity center schedule (preferably March 7th - 8th), but negotiable. Proposals submitted should be from companies that are licensed and insured. Proposals should also detail and describe elements from individuals/firms having experience in the area identified in the specifications. Proposals also should be separated into price breakdowns (itemized tasks) to provide a better understanding of the services provided.
