Jefferson County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive and all irregularities in the receipt/handling of RFPs. The awarded bidder must be in good standing with the County of Jefferson. Vendors shall hold their price firm and subject to acceptance by Jefferson County for a period of ninety (90) business days from the date of the bid opening, unless otherwise indicated in their bid.
