Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elliott, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

1. Rehabilitation of approximately 2,429.6 linear feet of existing 6-inch sanitary sewer by CIPP main lining. 2. Rehabilitation of approximately 6,677.9 linear feet of existing 8-inch sanitary sewer by CIPP main lining. 3. Rehabilitation of approximately 961.8 linear feet of existing 10-inch sanitary sewer by CIPP main lining. 4. Rehabilitation of approximately 1,248.6 linear feet of existing 12-inch sanitary sewer by CIPP main lining. 5. Replacement of ten (10) existing 48-inch sanitary manholes. 6. Addition of two (2) new 48-inch sanitary manholes. 7. Addition of two (2) new 48-inch rectangular manholes for inverted siphon. 8. Rehabilitation of eight (8) existing 48-inch sanitary manholes by new mechanical pipe seals. 9. Rehabilitation of twenty-two (21) existing 48-inch sanitary manholes by external chimney seal. 10. Rehabilitation of eighteen (18) existing 48-inch sanitary manholes by replacing/installing any broken/missing chimney sections. 11. Rehabilitation of sixteen (16) existing 48-inch sanitary manholes by drilling and insertion of flowable grout behind the manhole to stop infiltration from the outside of the manhole. 12. Rehabilitation of twenty-two (22) existing 48-inch sanitary manholes by pouring a new concrete bench and invert that allows flow from upstream manhole to downstream manhole. 13. Rehabilitation of twelve (12) existing 48-inch sanitary manholes by removing any steps before applying a spin-casting uniform minimum of one-half inch (1/2") cementitious liner. 14. Rehabilitation of five (4) existing 48-inch sanitary manholes by raising the lid to grade (less than 6-inches) for manholes in roadways and raising the manhole lid to no less than one inch (1") and no more than two inches (2") above grade for manholes in grass. 15. Replacement of 541 linear feet of existing sanitary sewer. 16. Replacement of an existing inverted siphon with a new inverted siphon. 17. Replacement of any sidewalks or roadway damaged during rehabilitation or replacement of the sanitary sewer. 18. All other work shown on the Drawings and called for in the Specifications.
