Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chesterfield, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.

PURPOSE: The purpose and intent of this Quick Quote is to obtain a fixed price bid to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, and supervision to conduct repairs on the Pocahontas State Park Pool Filtration System located at Pocahontas State Park, 10301 State Park Road, Chesterfield, Virginia 23832 SPECIFICATIONS: Contractor shall provide a fixed price bid to include the following minimum specifications to replace the existing Pool filtration system parts with like and kind per specifications below: (Award to be made by lot based on available funding) A. SCOPE OF WORK Lot 1: Large Tank Filter Media Replacement: 1. Contractor shall provide and install all filter media on (2) two each large 54" x 120" tanks including laterals, manway gaskets and vent assembly. 2. Contractor shall provide any additional parts upon inspection (site visit) included in quote and noted individually at time of bid. B. SCOPE OF WORK Lot 2: Filter, Tank, Multiport Valves & Suction Header Valves: 3. Contractor shall provide and install (1) one each Triton II model TR140 Fiberglass sand filter, including tank and (1) one each Haywood Pool Products SP-715- 2" High flow Multiport Valve with same or like models (complete replacement) including any additional parts to make operational. This is a total tank replacement. 4. Contractor shall provide and install all filter media to make operational. 5. Contractor shall provide any additional parts upon inspection (site visit) included in quote and noted individually at time of bid. 6. Contractor shall provide and install (4) four each valves with replacement non-corrosive high quality valves. a) (2) two each 2" valves b) (2) two each 4" valves C. GENERAL PROJECT REQUIREMENTS/CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: 7. Contractor shall supply all necessary supplies to complete the installation of all equipment turn-key and operational. 8. Contractor shall haul away waste removal products and parts including sand for proper disposal. 9. Contractor shall provide included in replacement all shipping costs and travel charges at time of bid. 10. Work Hours: All Services shall be performed during normal business hours between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, except for State and Federal Holidays, unless mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the Park Contact. Bid Results- 1.
