The City of Lincoln will engage the services of a qualified engineering firm to perform project development, environmental investigation and documentation, cultural resource investigation and documentation, design survey, easement acquisition, engineering design, plan preparation, bidding assistance, contract administration, and construction engineering. Firms submitting proposals must be qualified to perform the engineering activities identified herein. Project work items may be added or removed from the contract by work authorization or supplementary agreement. The project consists of the design and construction of a sanitary sewer pump station and force main connecting the City of Lincoln to the City of Bismarck facilities. The regionalization will also include decommissioning and restoration of existing treatment ponds/infrastructure and converting a treatment pond to an equalization basin for the City of Lincoln. Questions, clarifications, and request for information (RFI) must be in writing and may be addressed to the Purchasing Agent by sending an email below by 12:00 p.m. on January 3, 2022. The City will not entertain any more questions after this deadline. The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide goods and services mentioned above, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent. Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the CRequest for Proposals For Sanitary sewer regionalization Lincoln, North Dakota Notice Is Hereby Given that the City Council, Lincoln, North Dakota will accept proposals until Thursday 6 January 2022 at 1:30 P.M. (Local Time). Proposals will be opened and evaluated by the selection committee. After an evaluation and selection process the results will be presented to the City Council. Late proposals will be considered unresponsive and be considered. Selection will be on the basis of the following criteria: 1) Past performance, 2) Ability of professional personnel, 3) Willingness to meet time and budget requirements, 4) Location, 5) Recent, current, and projected workloads of the persons and /or firms, 6) Related experience on similar projects, 7) Recent and current work for the agency, 8) Project understanding, issues, and approach, 9) DBE requirements. Interviews will be conducted tentatively within 7 days from the due date of this proposal. Proposals shall be limited to twenty-one (21) pages. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be in the best interest of the City. The contents of all proposals will be subject to the Open Records Law and may be open to inspection by interested parties. Any information included in the proposal that the proposing party believes to be a trade secret or proprietary information must be clearly identified in the proposal.
