**As of April 12, 2024, the project was awarded to Northern Improvement Company, with an awarded amount of $148,867.79.** Project No. 0150 Sad #76 Falconer Estates Subdivision Sully Drive Roadway Improvements Proposed Work Includes Roadway Preparation, Hot Mix Asphalt, Chip Seal And Incidentals. Bid Packets Will Consist Of Two Separate Envelopes A Large Envelope And A Small Envelope (Plainly Marked As Project No. 0150 Falconer Estates Subdivision Sully Drive Roadway Improvements On The Outside Of Each). The Small Separate Envelope, Attached To The Outside Of The Large Envelope, Shall Contain Contractor S License Or Certificate Of Renewal Thereof Issued By The Secretary Of State As Required By Section 43-07-12 Of The North Dakota Century Code As Amended And A Bidder S Bond In The Amount Of Five (5) Percent Of The Amount Bid As Required By Section 48-01.2-10, North Dakota Century Code, As Amended And Executed As Provided By Law. The Larger Envelope Shall Contain The Bid On The County's Bid Form. The Successful Bidder Must Submit Evidence Of General Liability Insurance Coverage Prior To Award Of Bid. The Board Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids; To Waive Technicalities Or To Accept Such As May Be Determined To Be In The Best Interest Of The County.
