The Small Separate Envelope, Attached To The Outside Of The Large Envelope, Shall Contain Contractor S License Or Certificate Of Renewal Thereof Issued By The Secretary Of State As Required By Section 43-07-12 Of The North Dakota Century Code As Amended And A Bidder S Bond In The Amount Of Five (5) Percent Of The Amount Bid As Required By Section 48-01.2-10, North Dakota Century Code, As Amended And Executed As Provided By Law.
