Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and warehouse / distribution facility.
The Burleigh County Council On Aging Will Receive Sealed Bids For Work To Be Completed At The Burleigh County Senior Center Including A Dishroom Remodel, Warehouse Renovation And Walk-in Freezer Replacement. Work Includes Wall Demolition, Kitchen Equipment Purchases, Ceiling Tile Installation, Electrical Work And Plumbing. All Work Will Be Completed At The Burleigh County Senior Center Located At 315 N 20th Street, Bismarck, Nd. These Projects Will Be Completed Using Federal Grant Funds From The Community Development Block Grant. All Contractors Must Follow Federal Labor Requirements, Including Davis-bacon Wage Rates The Council Reserves The Right To Hold All Bids For A Period Of Thirty (30) Days After The Date Fixed For The Opening Thereof And To Reject Any Or All Bids And To Waive Irregularities Whenever It Is In The Best Interest Of The Council.
