The scope of work outline is for the following North Dakota State Parks: 1. Fort Ransom State Park: (Fort Ransom, ND) a. Electrical upgrades will add electrical pedestals to approximately sixteen (16) existing RV sites and approximately five (5) new RV sites located in the Westside Campground. b. A new water pump station (provided by others) will serve the Fort Ransom State Park. New electrical equipment, lighting, HVAC, electrical devices, and power connections serving the pump station will be required as part of this project. c. The electrical upgrades will also add electrical pedestals to three (3) existing horse trailer sites (CP2, CP3, & CP4) at the Riverside Horse Corrals and Camp area. 2. For Stevenson State Park: (Garrison, ND) a. Electrical upgrades will add electrical pedestals to approximately twenty-three (23) existing RV sites located in the East Loop Campground. 3. Icelandic State Park: (Cavalier, ND) a. Electrical upgrades will add electrical pedestals to approximately forty-nine (49) existing RV sites located in the South Loop Campground. ***NOTE: Water utility, water improvements, civil improvements, and architectural-structural coordination will be required as part of this contract. Construction of these water, civil, and architectural-structural improvements (Contract 2024-01 - Water Improvements) are intended to coincide at the same time and duration of this contract.
