Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Mishawaka, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

TThe Board of School Trustees, Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation, Mishawaka, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for the Support Services Center Re-roof, Penn High School Campus Improvements, and Meadow's Edge Parking Lot Expansion. A single Lump Sum bid will be considered for each Project. By submitting Bid on enclosed Bid Forms, Bidder satisfies requirement for Indiana Form No. 96 (Revised 2013), as prescribed by State Board of Accounts of Indiana. This shall clearly show Bidder's financial resources, his construction experience, his organization, and equipment available for Work contemplated. A bid security in the form of AIA Document A310, a certified check, Indiana General Revised Form No. 86, "Contractors Combination Bid Bond and Bond for Construction," or a form from an acceptable surety shall accompany each bid. The bid security shall be in the penal amount of 10 percent of the total bid. Bid security shall be forfeited if bid is withdrawn after closing time on date for receiving bids. Successful bidders are required to furnish separate satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond, AIA Document A312, from an acceptable surety in an amount equal to 100 percent of the full contract sum. The Owner reserves the right to reject each and every bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law. This includes the right to extend the date and time for receipt of bids. All Contracts awarded by the School Corporation shall be conditioned upon and subject to the sale by the School Corporation of its securities in an amount sufficient to cover the cost of the contracts executed by the School Corporation plus incidental expenses of the Corporation in connection with such work and such sale. The Corporation shall use its best efforts to sell such securities, but, upon its failure to do so or upon its determination that such securities cannot be sold, the School Corporation may cancel all such awards without liability. In the event such sale of securities is not completed within 60 days after the bid date, any Contractor may withdraw his bid, without liability, by written notice. Such cancellation shall be effective 30 days after written notice. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening thereof.
