Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Little Current, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Town of NEMI is seeking tenders for Ice Plant Integration and Retrofit Project at the NEMI Recreation Center. For a detailed tender document and project requirements. In 2021 we replaced 1 of our 2 refrigeration units for our arena ice plant. This included the following upgrades: - New 6 Cylinder Ammonia Compressor Package - New Brine Pump, New Oversized Chiller, New Dry Condenser We have an existing NW8A plant (#2) that we will run as the back-up plant and our chiller and condenser are due for replacement. - Remove and dispose #2 Ammonia Chiller - Remove and dispose #2 BAC Evaporative Condenser, tank, pump, and piping - Remove #2 Brine Pump System & Retain as back up pump - Cap piping in trench - All Housekeeping items for removal & clean up Documents can be obtained at: https://muniserv.bidsandtenders.ca
