The City of Bettendorf is seeking quotes for supply of light poles. The light pole specifications and unit price bid items are located in the Citys e-bidding software. You must be registered as a supplier in our e-bidding system to submit your bid. If you haven't already registered, we encourage you to do so early, it does take a little time. Go to: https://bettendorf.ionwave.net and click on Supplier Registration. All pricing should be free of any sales tax. The City of Bettendorf is sales tax exempt. Shipping/freight should be included in quoted prices. No additional shipping/freight will be paid. Pricing must be valid for 30 days after bid closing. Questions are due, via the e-bidding system, no later than December 31 2021 at 12:00 p.m. Questions with answers will be posted by 4:00 p.m. January 4, 2021.
