Project consists of roof replacement at Fleet Management, Charlotte, North Carolina. This work includes the provision of labor, material, equipment, supervision and administration to includes: 1. Roof Areas A, B, C and D: a. Complete removal of all existing metal roof, insulation, bituminous flashings and metal flashings, gutters and downspouts, abandoned vents and discard. b. Furnish and install new roof insulation, structural metal roof panels and all associated miscellaneous work as specified herein. c. Furnish and install new gutters, downspouts and bituminous and metal flashings. 2. Roof Area E: a. Furnish and install new roof insulation, fully adhered PVC roof membrane and all associated miscellaneous work as specified herein. b.
