The City is cancelling this bid Charlotte Water, a department of the City of Charlotte, is to establish a contract for the purchase, delivery and other inherently related activities of LED Lights for Vest Water Treatment Plant located at 2305 Patton Avenue Charlotte, NC 28216. Traxon/Osram, Insight Lighting and Orgatech has been evaluated by Charlotte Water and determined to be the best LED Lights for the department. Traxon/Osram, Insight Lighting and Orgatech is the only manufacturer/model that will be acceptable for this solicitation A pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project. Questions must be submitted by 11:00 a.m. EST on March 11, 2022. Submit a question in writing to Adrianne Lewis at the email address listed below. Other than this permitted questions to Adrianne.lewis@charlottenc.gov , The Contract term shall be for a period of three (3) years from the date of award. The City, at its option, may extend the Contract for up to two (2) additional one-year extensions unless the Bidder objects in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to the beginning of the extension term. City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids
