For the Rehabilitation of Six Bathrooms at an Apartment Building Complex Located at 330 Virqinia Avenue, Butler, PA Bathroom - All six (6) Apartments: Furnish all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to install combination shower/tub unit with three (3) piece surrounds constructed of fiberglass or acrylic composites (estimated size 30 x 58); shower/tub base combination to be set in concrete for strength; faucet shall be of single lever metal - 5 year warranty - showerhead maximum 2.0 GPL; shower/tub wall - install (1) 18" handrail; install/mount 60" shower curtain rods. No spring tension rods permitted;install new 31" vanity with new top with basin to include a single lever metal faucet - 5 year warranty; install 24" medicine cabinet with mirror; mount 18" wall towel rod; mount toilet paper roll holder; install toilet with minimal height of 16.5" with a 1.6 GPF includes seat; bathrooms shall have exhaust fan with L.E.D. light The contract documents addressing PA prevailing labor wage rates, labor standards, MlE/WMBE/W&E/ClSection 3 participation and related matters.
