The Housing Authority of the City of Aurora, CO (AHA) owns and manages 12 properties with over 800 units that require regular capital maintenance. AHA is seeking an experienced Construction Manager/Owner's Representative to assist the agency in working with architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades in providing management of the procurement process as well as construction oversight for new construction and capital improvements. The initial contract will be valid for three years, with the option to renew for two consecutive one-year terms.
