Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of March 30, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Fire Station Park Improvements project scope includes 1.35 acres of vacant land located east of exiting Fire Station Community Center. Site improvements will include a market plaza, concrete walks and street parking, 2 skate parks, an event lawn, a dog park and a pump track. There is a specific, grant-required delivery deadline for the stake park component of the project. Selected CMAR Contractor will provide Pre-Construction Services to assist with prioritizing to make best use of the available funds. Once the construction documents are completed, the selected CMAR Contractor will provide Construction Services as described in Section 4 CMAR Services *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time. Interested subcontractors should contact the general contractor directly for more information.
