Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Helena, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project is located in Lewis and Clark County approximately six miles north of Helena and includes improvements to the Lincoln Road and North Montana Avenue intersection, the Lincoln Road and southbound I-15 ramp, and the Lincoln Road and I-15 northbound ramp intersection. Work includes grade, gravel, PCCP surfacing, plant mix surfacing, curb and gutter, sidewalk, stormdrain, drainage, irrigation, electrical and other improvements including two single-lane roundabouts.
