Renovation of a residential development in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Broome DDSOO is seeking a vendor to remove and replace soffits, wrap all facia, and Install maintenance free leaf guards at 1 Judson Ave in Binghamton NY. The successful Bidder shall provide all materials and labor necessary to complete the work in a professional manner. A site visit is required to bid on this project. Contractor shall remove rotted plywood soffit and replace with vinyl soffit. Color shall be brown to match existing house. All soffits on the house shall be replaced. Contractor shall replace any rotted facia boards too rotted to securely hold fasteners. Contractor shall form fit and install aluminum coil stock to wrap all fascia. Color shall be brown to match existing. Fasteners used are to be per manufacturers recommendations. Inspect all existing gutters for proper pitch and secure and repair as necessary. Install a maintenance free leaf guard on all existing gutters. The leaf guard shall be maintenance free and be constructed of 22-gauge aluminum or thicker and be supported every 16". Screen type leaf guards will not be accepted. All work is to be done according to all applicable codes, industry best practices, and manufacturer's instructions if applicable. All work must be warrantied for one year after completion of work.
