A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Carpet and LVT Flooring and Epoxy Flooring Systems The following system will consist of a vinyl chip floor coating finished with an aromatic urethane to be applied in the rooms noted on the project list. The application will consist of two grout coats and one final non-yellowing and stain resistance urethane. A moisture barrier will be applied to all floors prior to the application of the epoxy flake floor product. Contractor is responsible for all demo of existing floor and prep work to prepare flooring for new epoxy system. Owner will remove toilets and bathroom partitions BONDING A Payment Bond will be required from any vendor that submits a total bid proposal in excess of $50,000.
