Notice is hereby given that the Red Bluff Union Elementary School District, herein referred to as "Owner," will receive sealed bids for the following project: New DSA Pre-Approved Classroom Buildings H & J for Metteer Elementary School. A California Class A (General Engineering Contractor) or Class B (General Building Contractor) license is required to be held by the Contractor. Contractor must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relation Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Pursuant to Section 1700, et seq., of the California Labor Code, the Contractor shall pay no less than the prevailing rate of per diem wages as determined by the California Department of Industrial Relations. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bids or Bidding, and to be the sole judge as to the merit, quality, and acceptability of labor and materials proposed and their compliance with the plans and specifications, if it be in the best interest of Owner.
