Renovation of an educational facility in Santa Paula, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Briggs Elementary School District is requesting bids for the HVAC Upgrades Project that consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment as required to install HVAC units, ducting, registers, thermostats, etc. to existing buildings "A" & "B" and upgrade power & electrical equipment as required to support the new HVAC units including, but not to be limited to all labor, materials, and equipment as required for the demolition and removal of existing mechanical, and related equipment. A bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the District a cashier's check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the Briggs Elementary School District, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, shall accompany the Bid Form and Proposal, as a guarantee that the Bidder will, within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the Notice of Award, enter into a contract with the District for the performance of the services as stipulated in the bid The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the Contract for the Work. Prevailing wage rates are also available from the District or on the portal.
