Renovation of an educational facility in Dickinson, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Dickinson State University is informally inviting contractors to quote the remediation moisture issues reoccurring in May Hall Lower Level, Room 52L located at 291 Campus Drive, Dickinson, ND 58601. Questions Due: 01/12/2022 02:00 PM MT Any questions regarding this solicitation should be referred to the procurement office Trent Myran Remove and dispose of existing plaster, ceiling tile, and bead board from the existing damaged areas. 2. Treat contaminated areas with Antimicrobial Application. (Kilz in two coats) 3. Frame east wall with 2x3 Construction grade wall, frame 2'x 2' access door. Reframe roof joists to accommodate access door. 4. Insulate with spray insulation. 5. Electrical Sub Contracted - Remove light, install new mud ring for 5/8" drywall. Re install light once drywall is completed. 6. Drywall and Texture. Hang drywall east exterior wall. Hang drywall ceiling. Apply joint tape. 3 coats of joint compound, sanding between coats. Prep for texture and then texture.
