This RFP is for On-Call Snow Removal Services for the City of Dickinson. The City currently has approximately 350 lane miles of paved roadway and maintains 7 parking lots. Contractors will be assigned a portion of the City Roadway System for snow removal. Inquiries should be directed to Aaron Praus, Interim Deputy Public Works Director, at (701) 456- 7979. Questions may be emailed to Aaron.Praus@dickinsongov.com. Contractors and their employees are required to attend a Winter Operations meeting at the Public Works Facility located at 3411 Public Works Blvd. Date and time to be determined and sent out to accepted proposers. The City of Dickinson reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal or to waive formalities or informalities, and to negotiate the proposal(s) deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Dickinson.
