Renovation of a mixed-use development in San Fernando, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.
The City of San Fernando is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide analysis and design of new solar, HVAC, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) at the City's Police Department and Public Works Operations facilities. Alternate items for the proposal include the cost for analyzing and designing solar, HVAC, and BESS at City Hall. The proposal should include cost estimate for providing bid support and construction engineering/management during installation of the project. Please direct any questions regarding this RFP to Matt Baumgardner, Director of Public Works, via e-mail at mbaumgardner@sfcity.org. Questions must be received by 5:30 p.m. on Monday, December 27, 2021. All questions received prior to the deadline will be collected and responses will be emailed by Wednesday, December 29, 2021.
