The Town of Jackson, Wyoming is seeking competitive sealed proposals from experienced and qualified firms for the purpose of establishing a fixed price contract for completion of a comprehensive Classification and Compensation Study. The deadline for submission of questions shall be 12:00 PM Mountain Time on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. All questions shall be submitted via email to the attention of Roxanne Robinson, Assistant Town Manager at rrobinson@jacksonwy.gov. No bid or proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after date of bid opening, unless otherwise specified in the bid documents. The Town of Jackson reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, to reject portions of the bids, and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the Town and laws governing the State of Wyoming. a. Any questions or other inquiries concerning this RFP must be submitted via email to Roxanne Robinson, Assistant Town Manager, Town of Jackson, e-mail: rrobinson@jacksonwy.gov. All written questions and inquiries will be answered via e-mail by the Town. b. Clarifications and additional information, if any, will be posted as addendums electronically. It is the responsibility of the prospective proposer to check electronically The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
