The Town of Jackson will be accepting sealed bids for the construction of the 2021 Chip Seal Project. The project includes furnishing of all necessary, labor, equipment, transportation, services, and materials required for the application of approximately 450,000 square feet of chip seal treatment in various locations throughout Town. Construction to be completed by August 27th, 2021. Each bidder must furnish cash or surety bond per Wyoming Statutes, in the amount equal to (5%) five percent of the bid. Miscellaneous Force Account Work 3. Traffic Control 4. Erosion Protection 5. Chip Seal Application 6. Incidental work which may be reasonably inferred to be required or useful for the completion of the Work in accordance with the requirements of the Project Manual and all applicable codes, laws, and professional standards. B. Change in Scope: After receipt of bids, Owner may elect to adjust the Scope of Work to correspond with available funding or scheduling requirements. C. This project requires the Contractor to supply all of the materials, equipment, labor and miscellaneous supplies necessary for project completion. No such items are to be supplied by the Owner, unless otherwise specified. D. It is the intent of these contract documents that the Contractor provide, upon project completion, a totally operational system free of physical encumbrances. E. All facilities installed under this contract will become the property of the Town of Jackson, Wyoming
