Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Jackson, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Teton County School District #1 Jackson, Wyoming, will receive Separate Sealed Proposals from qualified contractors to install HVAC equipment at three schools. Project Location: Jackson Hole High School, 1910 High School Road, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, Summit Innovation School, 100 Middle School Road, Jackson, Wyoming 83001; and Alta Elementary School, 15 Alta School Road, Alta, Wyoming 83414. Scope to include but not be limited to Supply and install HVAC equipment and all ancillary work to increase fresh air ventilation to deliver a turnkey project. Contractors may bid on each school as a stand-alone project and are welcome to bid on one or all three projects. By providing a bid estimate for the above-noted work, the contractor certifies that the work can be completed before September 1, 2024. Work will be permitted at any time, provided work is done in accordance with approved working dates. The owner reserves the right to refuse any and all bids
