As of March 16, 2023 an architect has been selected. A construction timeline has not been identified. The Prince Edward County School Board (Board) reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part and to waive any informality in the request for proposal. It is the sole responsibility of the Contractors to ensure that proposals are delivered to the Supervisor of Finance by the designated date and hour. Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible firm or in any way restrain or restrict competition. If any prospective Offeror has questions about the specifications or other documents, terms, or conditions, the prospectiveOfferor shall contact Virginia Jones, Supervisor of Finance, Prince Edward County Public Schools atvirginia.jones@pecps.k12.va.us or 434-315-2150, no later than five (5) calendar days before the deadline for receipt of proposals. Any revisions to the solicitation will be made only by addendum issued by the Prince Edward County Public Schools. In compliance with this Request for Proposal and to all the conditions imposed therein and hereby incorporated by reference, the undersigned offers and agrees to furnish the goods/services in accordance with the attached signed proposal or as mutually agreed upon by subsequent negotiations. The Board reserves the right to ask any Offeror to submit information to clarify the proposal or which the Board deems desirable.The Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals (or any part thereof) and to waive any informalities or irregularities when the Board, in its sole discretion, deems it in the best interests of Prince Edward County Public Schools. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
