Renovation of a library in Farmville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Scope: The project is generally described as the replacement of the HVAC equipment, materials, controls, power and respective ceilings serving the Basement archival spaces with a new Air Handling Unit and associated ductwork, piping, reheat coils, steam humidification grids, controls and power. New ceilings will be installed where existing ceilings are removed for access. Bid Bond required: Yes. Withdrawal of Bid due to error: Procedures per Section 2.2-4330, Code of Virginia.
