Site work for a water / sewer project in Brookland, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The construction of the County Road 740 Water Line Extension.The Project consists of constructing approximately 2,110-L.F. of 8"SDR-21, CL-200, PVC water line, 430-L.F. of 8" DR-21 Yelomine Creek Bore, 120-L.F. of 8" DR-21 Yelomine Street Bore, and related appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Work will be substantially completed within _thirty (30) days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within _sixty (60) days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price.
