Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Houghton, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
1. Remove and Replace Arsenic Filtration Media at Collins Upper and Lower Elementary Building 2. Remove and Replace Three (3) Valve Head Assemblies at the Jr/Sr High School Collins Elementary School o Remove arsenic filtration media and gravel bedding from two (2) filtration vessels. o Replace with new (Addedge approved) gravel bedding and filtration media. o Back flush both vessels as to be ready to put back online. o All permits and inspections are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Jr/Sr High School o Remove and replace three (3) valve head assemblies on arsenic filtration vessels. o Replace with district approved valve head assemblies. o Valve head assemblies shall have water metering capabilities. o Any and all electrical and plumbing work needed for online operation is the responsibility of the winning bidder. o All permits and inspections are the responsibility of the winning bidder. All work performed will carry a minimum of a one (1) year warranty. Houghton Lake Community Schools reserves the right to accept or deny any and all bids.
