Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Georgetown, Texas. Design plans call for the construction of a 280,309-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Phase One of a 6.435 acre donated park for a non-profit organization. Land is owned by the City and the parking lot, sidewalks, playscapes, restroom, pavilion and open space will be donor and fundraising based for installation. As of May 2 2022, the city is coordinating this project with a local non profit and they are currently fundraising. An architect has been selected; however, a general contractor or selection method is not disclosed. Construction can be expected to begin in the next couple of years as per source.
