Site work for a water / sewer project in Mount Pleasant, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
1. Rehabilitation of 1 million gallon ground storage tank and 400,000 gallon ground storage tank. 2. Rehabilitation includes but is not limited to steel repairs, ladder replacement, piping modifications, blasting and painting interior and exterior of storage tanks. 3. Installation of 293 linear feet of PVC waterline. 4. Remove existing ammonia feed equipment and install 6-ft x 6-ft ammonia mixing building and new ammonia feed equipment 5. Tank rehabilitation must be completed within four (4) months of Notice to Proceed. Only one tank to be down at a time and each tank down for a maximum of 60 days. Estimate value: $1,100,000 - $1,300,000 Calendar Days: 335 Liquidated Damages: $500.00 Please submit questions for this project 72 hours prior to bid opening through Civcast Q&A portal.
