Per the owner, as of January 10, 2023, an architect and a general contractor have been selected. The owner states that construction is anticipated to begin late in the first quarter of 2023 or early second quarter of 2023. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ……………….. Qualified firms to provide architectural and engineering services as required for the development of plans and specifications and professional services through construction for an Operations Center Campus (OCC). Architectural / Engineering Firms must be knowledgeable of the Federal, State, and Local policies and procedures associated with the project and be able to demonstrate experience in the various types of services required. To be eligible to submit a proposal for the work, consultants must meet the following minimum requirements: 1. Must have applicable professional licenses as required 2. Must have, within the last two years, provided similar services under applicable guidelines and requirements 3. Must have adequate number of qualified personnel dedicated to this project to accomplish the work within the required time frame and budget SOQs received after the deadline as established above will be disqualified and may be returned to the proposer unopened. Firms submitting qualifications not in proper form may be rejected at the discretion of Conway Corporation. The selection of an architect / engineer team for professional services will be made at the discretion of Conway Corporation. Conway Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications or to take no action. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
