This project is a combination site development, modular relocation and minor tenant improvement project for two existing modular buildings. Included are site utilities for water, sewer and manhole, power, IT cabling, site asphalt and concrete paving and drainage, fencing, new foundations for the modulars, removal and relocation of the modulars and setting the modulars in a new location. Site work will include painting for site function and accessibility. The tenant improvements will include the connections of the modulars to be water tight, patching of the roof, providing a new restroom and hospitality counter with sink, utility hook-ups for electrical panels and outlets, IT /data with face plates, fire alarm; minor wall work; install HVAC units; ductwork; lights and reinstall T-bar ceiling. All wiring for IT and electrical to be tested per specs. The site work will be phased for operational convenience. Phasing schedule is provided. All systems must be tested and user ready on the end date for school use.
