2. The Work consists of the select demolition, and interior renovations of an existing building, see drawings and bid packages for scope of work.
3. Each contactor is responsible for keeping the job site clean at all times. Each contractor shall be responsible for having the job site picked up from trash daily before leaving the job site. If contractor does not police and keep job site clean; then the owner/construction manager will have job site cleaned and deduct the costs from the contractor's pay application
Location- New High School 800 S. 4th Ave Marietta, Oklahoma 73448 Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond or certified check payable to Marietta Public Schools. For bids exceeding $50,000, the successful BIDDERS shall be required to provide performance, labor, and two-year warranty bonds or letters of credit, each in 100% of the contract amount, covering faithful performance of the contract and payment of all obligations arising thereunder.
